Your data

Data deletion

Last updated October 6, 2026

You can delete everything Search Portfolio stores about you, and remove its access to your Google data, at any time. Deleting in Settings takes effect immediately; removing access in your Google Account stops future access.

1.Delete your Search Console data

  1. Sign in to Search Portfolio.
  2. Open Settings → Data & Privacy.
  3. Choose Delete Search Console data and confirm.

This removes every property imported from Google Search Console and everything derived from it, including metrics, analyses, opportunities, URL Inspection results and reports. It also disconnects every connected Google account: Search Portfolio asks Google to revoke its access and deletes the stored tokens, so nothing is imported again. Your Search Portfolio account, categories and settings stay, so you can connect again later.

2.Delete your account

  1. Open Settings → Data & Privacy.
  2. Choose Delete account, type your account email to confirm, and confirm.

This permanently removes your account and workspace with everything in it: categories, Google connections and their stored tokens, imported and generated data, settings and product-usage events. Search Portfolio also asks Google to revoke its access. You are signed out immediately.

If your workspace has a paid subscription that still renews, cancel it first in Settings → Billing → Manage billing: it ends at the close of the current billing period and you are not charged again. You can delete your account right after.

3.Disconnect one Google account

  1. Open Settings → Google Connections.
  2. Choose Disconnect next to the Google account and confirm.

Search Portfolio asks Google to revoke its access (unless the same Google account is still connected to another Search Portfolio workspace) and deletes the stored tokens. Data already imported from that account is kept until you delete your Search Console data.

4.Remove access in your Google Account

You can remove Search Portfolio’s access from Google’s side at any time, even without signing in to Search Portfolio:

  1. Go to myaccount.google.com/permissions.
  2. Select Search Portfolio.
  3. Choose Remove access (or Delete all connections).

Search Portfolio can then no longer read that account’s Search Console data. Removing access does not delete data that was already imported; to remove it, delete your Search Console data or delete your account.

5.Request deletion by email

If you cannot sign in, email gpmediacontact@gmail.com from the address you use for Search Portfolio with the subject “Data deletion request”. We may ask you to confirm that you own the account. We will never ask for a password or a sign-in link.

We reply within two business days and complete the deletion within 30 days of confirming your request.

6.What happens and when

  • Deletion from Settings completes immediately in our live database.
  • Copies in encrypted backups are removed within 30 days as backups expire.
  • Billing records, such as invoices, may be kept where tax or accounting law requires it. They never contain Search Console data.
  • More detail is in our Privacy Policy.
