Plan limits
What each limit means.
Solo, Portfolio and Agency include up to 10, 50 and 200 monitored properties.
- Monitored properties
- The Search Console properties you choose to include in dashboards, analysis and reports. A Domain property and a URL-prefix property each count as one. Every property your Google accounts can access stays listed, so you can swap which ones you monitor at any time.
- Google accounts
- Separate Google logins you connect. Their properties appear together in one portfolio, and a property that two accounts can access counts once.
- Opportunities
- Free shows your top 5 opportunities by priority. Paid plans show every one in the Opportunity Center: striking distance, CTR, declines, ranking losses, breakouts, new and lost visibility, pages, possible cannibalization and cross-site overlap.
- Strategy
- The “Top 10 things worth your attention” across the portfolio or one category, ranked by likely impact and confidence. From Solo.
- Weekly email reports
- “Your Portfolio This Week” by email on the day you choose, with a section for every category; each report also stays in the app. From Solo.
- Alerts
- In-app notifications when a website shows a major decline, a breakout or a high-impact new opportunity, plus an optional email for critical declines. From Portfolio.

What counts as a property?
A property is a website as it appears in Google Search Console: either a Domain property (for example sc-domain:example.com) or a URL-prefix property (for example https://www.example.com/).
Your plan limit applies to the properties you choose to monitor. Every property your connected Google accounts can access is still listed, so you always see what is available.
Can I connect more than one Google account?
Yes. Many people keep websites in different Google accounts. Connect each one and all selected properties appear in a single portfolio. Free includes 1 Google account; Solo, Portfolio and Agency include up to 5, 15 and 50.
Are categories limited on the Free plan?
No. Categories are central to how Search Portfolio works, so they are included on every plan, including Free.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Paid plans open soon; until then every account uses Free. Once they open, you can change plans in Settings → Billing and cancel at any time in Manage billing (Stripe’s billing portal). Payments will be processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
What happens if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. If you monitor more properties than the new plan includes, you choose which ones to keep monitoring; the others stay saved with their history and stop syncing until you upgrade again. Categories, reports and settings are kept.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Every account starts on Free, with up to 3 monitored properties and no card. You only enter payment details in Stripe if you choose a paid plan.
Does Search Portfolio change anything in Search Console?
No. Search Portfolio requests read-only access. It cannot modify your properties, users, settings or sitemaps. See the privacy policy for exactly what we access.
